Let me start by saying they did an excellent job on my car. Now I'm going to give you the facts of my visit to Horton auto body so you all make an inform decision on using this shop or not. I recently went in for a small hail damage insurance claim on my personal vehicle the Horton employee that perform the estimate on my vehicle to be send to the insurance company for approval will look for excuses on the damage on my car to not have it covered by the insurance and have me pay for it separately I will explain this were two hail bumps that were a little biger then the rest lets say 30% biger, he say they were not consistent with the size of the others so I will have to pay for them separately they wont be covered by insurance at that time we had an argument about the different sizes of hail we got on that particular day he accepted to include them when i say I will be going some were else to get the car fix, the windshield he wrote on his report that the cracked winshield was more consistent with a rock chip for using those exact words on his report the windshield was not cover by the insurance so at the end I ended up paying my deductible and an extra new windshield.

These people are, quite simply, honest friendly and talented. I've an old '93 Camry that vandals thought was garbage (NOT - has only 282,000 km little teenagers) and they restored my mirrors perfectly. Not only that, they went out of their way to accommodate me and my schedule. I'm so pleased with the kindness and helpfulness I received.

It's great to meet an autobody place like this in Calgary. I'm from the Coast so didn't know anyone. These people are HONEST and that counts for a lot. Thanks so much!

They don't even deserve one star. By far the worst bodyshop in cowtown. They don't stand behind their defective work. They make you sign before you even see your car and then you're on your own as they've triple-charged your insurance and don't care about you anymore. The manager is super arrogant and rude. He never explained exactly what was done on the car upon pickup(red flag), later denied the sloppy work was done at Hortons until I showed him some papers. (He said he'd lost them!) I went there like 4 times and he always said he'd call me back but he never did. This guy definitely has an exaggerated sense of one's own importance and would not even bother to try to keep anyone happy! Steer clear!

They did an amazing job fixing my Jeep up after it had extensive damage. Scott who did the work went above and beyond to make it look brand new again, and everyone I dealt with there was helpful, professional and very nice to interact with. I would recomend them to anyone who needs body work.
