Hotshop Hot Yoga Victoria Park

My yoga practice grew exponentially with the help and guidance of the amazing teachers at this studio! Love the spin and yoga combos, love the intensity and high energy of the spin and being able to have a proper stretch in the hot room after is the best! Love the HotShop community!

I absolutely love the teachers here! I've tried most of the studios in the City and have been going to HotShop for the longest. The humidity isn't set as high as some places which is great, because yoga isn't about burning your esophagus lining. The heat is also evenly distributed throughout the room. The nighttime classes can get busy but by signing up online you don't have to worry about not getting into a class.

Awesome teachers. Great atmosphere. Love the Karma classes.

I just started going to Hot Yoga regularly and decided to try the newbie package, $45 for one month unlimited classes. Everyone is really nice, but Sheila is my favourite. However sometimes in the Yin classes some instructors turn the volume of their music on too loud for me to relax -- but that could just be me being old fart, haha.

UPDATE to my review posted from May 29th to June 2, 2016. I just received an email directly from the Manager of HotShop Yoga Victoria Park today, and I am absolutely delighted with the resolution that the Studio Manager, Amanda Kelly provided. Special and warm kudos to their particular KARMA volunteer staff Veronika for listening, and her graciousness on the phone with me on June 1, 2016. This is monumental customer service and even though initially not a good experience, boy was I wowed on the follow up and resolution!!! WAY TO GO Hot Shop Yoga Victoria Park and your fabulous team!

May 29th review ... Hello, I just called the Victoria Park location to book the annual birthday email offer that your company graciously offers [and that I am humbly grateful for]. I got off the phone with a gentleman today (Sunday, May 29, 2016], and I would think that when I phone any of your HotShop Yoga Studios, that they would be paid staff (that actually care about the experience of your customers and have a vested interest in making it a great "moment of truth"). I was promptly told that he was a "volunteer" by the gentleman that answered the phone. The gentleman would not even take my concern and listen fully to pass along my concern to the owners or manager (and he indicated that someone would call me back). So, my question is this, why would you have this "volunteer" answer your phones this way, not trained in customer service and promptly say to me "that I am extremely rude.", when this "gentleman" kept cutting me and promptly ended the call by stating "I am done."? All I was asking for is a simple "moment of truth" so that I could explain my online / customer service concern and the gentleman kept cutting me off. So whom is rude here? Again, I am confused why you have a volunteer answering your phones and not a paid staff member, that is concerned about the customer satisfaction of your services.
