Luis and his team made my recent experience in purchasing my vehicle, amazing. First the process of 'my needs' and what i wanted for a car. Second, the financing. They go above and beyond that I get the best deal first with their dealership and then the bank. And finally once delivered they just don't leave you without making sure the transition to my vehicle is complete. Essentially they become the dealer of choice for life. Can't say enough about the service and experience in buying a car from this location.

I had an amazing experience with Mario purchasing my first vehicle. He was friendly and made sure I was comfortable in every way. He told me it was his second day and I could not believe it. I thought he'd been in the business for years. The sale went smooth and it could not have worked out any better. Started out great but has been a gong show! Beware before you buy from here get a 2nd Mechanical Fitness Assessment done by somebody reputable...like a dealership of that brand of vehicle. Our mechanical assessment from them was pretty much fraudulently completed...AMVIC is now involved. Need a negative star rating system.

I wish I could give this less than one star. I bought a car from them three years ago and for the last year I've been trying to get ahold of someone to give me my information about my car purchase, so I can get my warranty info. Everytime I call, they direct me around the city to different people, tell me they'll get back to me and never do. So now, my car has a leak in the oil pan and these people keep screwing me around with my warranty information. This has been going on for over a year now. Unfortunately, I'll have to pay for everything out of pocket because the people working at house of cars are irresponsible, and cannot return a phone call or find an old file. Thanks for the experience!

I paid a deposit so that they wouldn't sell the vehicle calls me and says if o don't buy it now he selling to someone else so I said I'll take my deposit back. His boss sold me the car. They install a shut off device and charged me for it "illegal". Never gave me the remote for the device. I refinanced the vehicle the device locked my vehicle I lost my job because I couldn't get to work. They should have removed the device when I refinanced never informed me and now refuse to help want me to pay for the removal of a device that should have never been on the car in the first place 1 star is more than they deserve absolutely horrendous business. FYI currently in a law suit.

I was looking for a car, went to a few places, was turned down within five minutes. I had some credit issues. but i never gave up. I went to the house of cars on Horton road. The guy I saw KELLY PLAUSTEINER. Wow what a great guy, he never turned me down in five minutes like the other guys did, in fact he worked for 5 days for me. He got me into a new ride at a great price and very reasonable interest rate. This guy is nothing like anyone I ever met before, he truly is good at his job,friendly,polite and really knows his stuff. A preacher friend of mine once told me, there is no such thing as a honest salesman, well he was wrong, he never met KELLY PLAUSTEINER. Bottom line, you need a car see this guy, he will not let you down!!!
