Such good pizza!! Lovely soft and crispy crust, real cheese and don't skimp on the toppings. The shop has a really great feel to it... Like the people really like working there and love making pizza.
The only pizza shop I'll tip when I pick up :)

My wife and her family introduced me to Howie's when we first started dating. I've tried many of the local pizza places in Calgary, and as a born and raised Calgarian can hands down say this is my favourite shop in the whole city. The staff are always fantastic and friendly and the pizza is so good we drive across the city regularly just to get some. Truly a hidden gem.

I used to come here ALL THE TIME when I was in elementary school and junior high as it was so close to walk there for lunch and I remember it so well being just the best pizza, and now, 13 years later, it hasn't changed. I was so nervous to try it again because if it wasn't as good as I remembered, I would've been heart broken, but awesome news, it is that good!! I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and bacon pizza and I arrived around 20 minutes after ordering it, the pizza was ready and man oh man.. that cheese. They do not skimp out let me tell you that! Sauce is awesome, cheese is gooey and melty, the bacon is so good...all around just good pizza, and for 20 bucks I was so happy!! The young boy that served me and took my order was great and very polite on the phone! Overall really happy and I will totally be ordering again.

Haven't been here in years as we moved quite awhile ago to a different neighbourhood. I'd order the hot and spicy regularly when we lived close by. A buddy and I went for a rip on our motorcycles and decided to hit up Howies to see if was as good as I remembered. Man are we glad we did. The hot and spicy is still on the menu and it was even better than I remember. I seriously need to make this a regular spot again even though I live nowhere near it anymore. Worth the drive and then some. Howie and Lynn are fantastic and the pizza is amazing. Thanks for bringing back the fond memories and I'll be back on a regular basis again!

We usually pick up a couple of pizzas each month. House Special is our number one pick - no skimping on toppings here. Friendly staff, Howie usually asks how my son is doing. Slurpee machine is a hit in the summer.

Great pizza-Donair sucks. Pizza is really good, great sauce cheese dough and toppings. But when u wrap a donair in a tortilla like make a real donair or dont bother.

I LOVE this place but only when Howie is working. His part time staff cuts you off mid conversation and don't pay attention to what you're saying. If howie is working I am 100% loyal customer but when his staff is working I hang up.

This is a proudly family-run pizza store in Glenbrook and Glendale. Their pizzas are rich in flavour, especially the dough, the ingredients are also very fresh, and you will feel the differences right at the first bite how they are compared to other big franchised pizzas.
Owners are there most of the time to serve their clients, but staff are amazing too. Food sanitation is the best. They have bottles of shredded chilly available for dine-in customers, which is great.
