H&R Block

Called them to make an appointment and the receptionist said she could not do that at the moment??? She said then they would have to call me back that evening or the next day. They never called. Clearly customer service isn't important at this location I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Showed up 5 min early to my appointment waited 40 min before anyone even acknowledged my existence. Go elsewhere.

Deerfoot Meadows H&R specializes in corporate taxes. Corporate trained accountants really know their stuff compared to most H&R offices, have proven quite competent in handling all my various questions throughout the years.

The worst H&R block i have visited. Customer service was horrible. The staff were very rude and inexperienced.
