Went to file my taxes here at 10:30am, and nobody was there. Called a bit later, and no answer.

They don't make appointments or accept walk ins but if you leave you tax info they will call you in 48 hours... Idk what that is about but it doesn't = same day cash back as advertised.

If I could I would give -5 stars never have I had to deal with such rude ignorant snotty ppl, actually got told to go somewhere else with only one person before me and it took 30-45 minutes of not even being acknowledged to be told so please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Called H&R Block corporate to complain hope they get shut down.
