H&R Block

Horrible service, they don't call you back when they say they're going to. By the 3rd time they said someone will call back we ended up just going in to talk to someone. They were very unprofessional and then misplaced paperwork. Hard to believe these people are in charge of looking after peoples taxes considering how unorganized they are.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! Do not get your taxes done here! Waited forever to get it done and then the lady couldn't even explain to me what she was doing or what any of the filings mean. And then she tried to charge me double the amount I was told when I first came in! Very unprofessional if you ask me. I would advise you to file on line with a Turbo Tax if you have a simple tax return, it is so simple and only costs $18.00 not $200.00 if I could give a -5 star I would WORST H & R Block yet.
