H&R Block

Needed a simple funds transfer into new H&R Block Visa card, as mine was expired. Website info says Closing hours at 6pm. I showed up at 450pm, Open sign still on, and door still open. Was told closing hours are now 5pm, but I still showed up before 5. Russian lady ignored me for 5minutes, then said I was too late, and nothing could be done for me. Made it in before closing hours and idiot just refused to do her job. Horrible service. Worse staff.

I am so angry with this location. I went to do my taxes, they did my taxes at the front desk.. One of the girls messed up badly and now I owe 3000 dollars because of her mistake. Great.

Worst tax preparation in all of canada. Very dishonest individuals. If you like getting ripped off for your hard earned money, this is the place for you.
I will never use h&r and will never recommend them to anyone.

If I could give a negative star number on here I would. I phoned at 8:45 am this morning, and the girl hung up the phone after I first tried to speak, saying "cant here you". When I phoned back, she blamed the system for being slow. When I tried to explain what the notice I received was, she spoke over me constantly without listening. When I asked to be transferred she said " we are ALL going into a meeting in 10 minutes, no one can speak to you." then hung up on me again. I phoned back 7 times and she wont even answer the phone now. Charlotte, I believe is her name and is the worst customer service I have ever received!!!!!

Terrible. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Dec 15, 2016 and I had not filled taxes since the 2008 tax year. I know, I'm a bad human but I was dealing with life issues and just kept neglecting to file.

I was served by Nataliya Patenta and she quickly processed my 2015 taxes and explained to me that I had a nice rebate and that she could process all of my neglected tax years and the bill for service would be covered by my 2015 return plus I would be getting a decent check for the balance of 2015 from H&R Block.

Nataliya asked if I had time and that it wouldn't take long. My taxes are not very complicated, single, no dependents, few deductible investments... so she went to work. Very efficiently, she processed my seven years of neglected taxes and had me out the door within two hours.

Check in hand and a weight off of my shoulders.
