I went to this location all the time and had no issues with them up until this year, I went in and did my taxes with Richard and he said that he filed it and to wait 5-10 business working days, 3 weeks later, no refund, so I called Revenue Canada to find out what was going on and they said they have nothing on their end, go back to the location that you got it done and tell them to look into it. Crowfoot location was closed on Thursday, so I went to the Dalhousie location, they took me in right away and the representative went through my file and said it was not filed, so she refiled it again for me and said to wait again 5-7 business working day. I phoned revenue canada and they said it has been processed. I will not be going back to the CROWFOOT LOCATION again to file my taxes.
