H&R Block

The receptionist was very unpleasant and somewhat difficult to understand. When I asked, 'pardon me?' as to what she said, all I got was snappy and angry retorts. Fortunately, my actual accountant was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. If you could get her and not deal with the receptionist then you would have a good experience.

This location is not run by professionals. The receptionist didn't know how to use a keyboard, it took three hours for three seperated "tax specialists" to complete my return. Once my return was complete I was informed that the so called instant cash back needed an out of office approval which I was okay with, I was told to go get a coffee and it should be done by the time I get back... that was 24 hours ago. Very unhappy with this turn out.

Appointment was booked for 7:30, it is currently 8:15 and we are still waiting

Save yourself the money and the headache the location is filled with rude workers and the lack of knowledge about everything is astounding. There are no "tax pros" at this location.
