H&R Block

Receptionist is clueless unable to complete basic tasks. Don't bother booking an appointment as it is a free for all. Tax prep is mediocre - overcharge for simple things. Before being prepared I was explained one way, upon completion I was told the same, after I signed paperwork - it was done differently. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!!!

We were going to book an appointment but after reading the reviews I would never go to a place with such bad reviews, it amazes me that companies today don't realize that even one bad review can turn people away! Rude receptionist, harried manager, rip off, waiting for hours after booking an appointment, no thanks!

Awful service. They're happy to waste your time and money

Service is garbage the manager is always to flustered to know what she's even doing a d if they mail your refund they will tell it will be 2 weeks even tho I'm on week 3 still waiting also they Need like 3 employeesjust to help one because they are all incompetent
