Hra Backstretch Foundation

Our objective:
Advocate for backstretch employees in Alberta racing
Improve quality of life for backstretch workers at Alberta racetracks.

We are a non-for-profit group of Backstretch volunteers that work together to help fellow backstretch workers at racetracks all over Alberta.
We provide benevolence for jockeys, grooms, exercise riders, trainers, drivers, and others that make their living at the racetrack.
We also host events to provide a sense of community at the backstretch.
Anyone can become a volunteer. We also encourage affiliate groups to get up and running at other racing jurisdictions in Alberta.
