Hudson'S Bay

I like the fact the you can still buy the authentic Hudson bay clothing. they also sell the cashmere Hudson's bay scarfs which is something i think everyone should have.

Expensive but it is hudson's bay - the staff is very friendly and the store is clean

If you ever get lost and scared in this store, their staff is typically very friendly and can help lead you to the exit. It's very large and confusing

I perpetually have the worst customer service here. A dept. manager actually started walking away from me in the middle of my question. Hate that I'm still waiting on a product to be re-ordered instead of letting me return it. Worst place to shop.

They have a different variety for clothings. A good store to stop and buy

I love the Bay. This one is surprisingly larger than one night expect for Banff Avenue! Loads of Canadiana.

I have ordered some women's perfume last Nov. 30. I received an email from them that one brand of the item I ordered is no longer available and that they will refund the money in the next 6 days. Its been almost 16 days and I am waiting for it. When I try to phone the contact number on the site no one is answering . The record message says "all agents are busy".....Does it mean goodluck on me if I ever get my money back?
