I had my watch battery replaced and asked for the technician to replace a few crystals that had fallen out around the face. He had it all fixed in less than 10 mins and he was so courteous!! Wonderful customer service!!

I had a fabulous shopping experience!!! Thank you Fionna for helping me locate my signature scent! You were beyond kind! We tried...tested and teased my olfactory senses and memory bank until I found a purely magical, memorable and Asian delight that when mixed with my skin notes is perfecto para mi! I adore Bonbon Courture

Y muchas gracias a la otra dama que le ofreció...Ambos son geniales!!!

I'd just like to let everyone know how The Bay in Sunridge Mall treats their customers. Myself (walking with a walker), my sister in law (walking with a cane) and my daughter had a nice day shopping. Then at 9pm the mall is closing and we make it inside the bay so we can get to where we are parked. We are parked in a handicapped spot on the top floor. So we take elevator up get to the doors and they are locked. It is 9:05 by this time. I ask a cashier to let us out and we're told no, we must go back down, go outside and walk around!!!!! This would entail a long walk, outside, uphill with no sidewalk, no lighting while it's snowing outside. I ask to speak to a manager. She comes back and says "no you must walk around." I insist that someone better come speak to me. I was told no 2 more times. So I just sat on my walker and waited till someone came. Finally an ignorant security guard comes giving us a long lecture let's us out "this time only". I was so angry that they couldn't have enough respect and customer service for 2 handicapped women with a kid. So I want to get the storey out how they treat their customers. My husband is going in tomorrow to talk to the manager about the incident. I was ready to call 911 cause I was starting to have a panic attack (my hearts racing, I'm starting to cry trying to figure out how I'm going to get us to my van), my sister in law was ready to pass out and throw up and we couldn't get out. What would the Bay had done if I was having a heart attack! !!! An ambulance couldn't have gotten into us? It made a horrible end to a lovely day that we finally had made it out of our beds. I know it's a long story but I'm so tired of people assuming that if you don't "look" sick, you must not be. Please share and make the Bay aware of this unacceptable behavior.

I was at The Bay on FEB. 14th. Needed assistance in the furniture dept. but absolutely no one was around. I continued on to do what I had to do, and returned about an hour later, looking for assistance with pricing on a piece of furniture on the floor. I found ONE person, who tried to help out by first trying to find a worker for that dept. but she was at Lunch, and refused to come out to help. FINE. then this helper tried to call a supervisor, no answer.!!! she tried to call the Manager, she was then referred to yet another. by the time someone came, I was not a happy camper but NOT rude. Turns out the employee responsible had neglected to put a SOLD sign on the table I was very interested in, and that was it. MEANWHILE, there is a BUM sitting in a chair in the dept. and they said to me "oh yes, he comes here every day"!!!! I cannot believe it. That furniture will eventually be sold..... OMG. I have always liked the NE Bay, but have a far different view of things now. short staffed and obviously potential business doesn't matter.
