For some reason they cant hire a female to clean the womens washroom?? Every time i am in there the womens washroom is closed. It is very frustrating.

Decent department store, had some issues with the sale going on but a very helpful sales associate worked it out for us.

The best sale is bay days. I got new shoes at half price. great deals on jeans too.

If you a man under 150 pounds with a 30" waist and enjoy shopping, on a white marble floor, whilst being bombarded by 5000 lumens of white light, and catered to by perfectly painted China dolls, then this is the place for you. Personally I headed for the exit after only 15 feet. My life just doesn't look like that and I found it a little hard to stomach.

They didn't have the color of the jeans I wanted, so I asked service if it could be purchased through the store. Since they had a 20% off new mastercards, I took it. Everything except the wonderful lady who helped me started to go wrong. Michelle C from the clothing dept tried everything possible to get the order with all the discounts through, and despite her efforts, the system didn't allow us. She was very kind reassuring me and apologizing for the delay, but in the end, we used my regular card with full discounts instead. Wonderful sales rep and her dept team members who helped as well. Thank you!

VIP event was a disappointment. The or samples were lacking and some of the bonuses were not properly listed, so the agents made up the price to suit the sale.

The short haired brunette lady at the fragarnce counter is really nice and helpful. Dont really care for the others.

I dealt with Chafica in the mens fragrance department. She is not pushy, she lets you test what you want and offers help when you need it. Will definitely buy through her again.
