We’ve been to Hunters a few times now and love it. We love the atmosphere, they have a great variety on the menu, a big selection of beer on tap, and the service has been great every time! The rig sandwich is the best. We will definitely keep coming back!

We have gone here twice and the service and food was great. Friend asked for a veggie burger and they just were experimenting with them the day before as they hadn't had them on the menu, they whipped her up one and she loved it. Awesome place, great atmosphere .

We found this place by accident on the way home from Edmonton. Prices were totally reasonable, service was great, food was great and the mushroom soup was the best I’ve ever had.

We called in to see how late the kitchen was opened. We got our steak and sushi and were stuff to the max our server Noelle �� was amazing and the music and atmosphere was so awesome. Can't wait to come back!

All the servers are so nice and friendly they make you feel right at home. Don't let the negativity fool you this place already is and will be one of a kind!

I also tasted the chicken gyoza with maple unagi drizzle which were good. The Tropical chicken flatbread was loaded with chicken and was a large portion size. Good flavour. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly, even with all our questions about their specials during the week. We were greeted the minute we walked in, which was very nice. There is a clear sign that says seat yourselves, but it was very nice to be greeted as well.



Food was fantastic, and the matchstick fries were so yummy...as were the Hunter mixed fires. I had the butter chicken and every thing was so delicious.



My husband had the Friday rib deal and the ribs were very flavourful. His only downside was they were a little dry as they were served with no BBQ sauce or anything on them.



The kids meals were also very tasty and a great price for what the kids got. The breading on the chicken fingers was seasoned very nicely, and the pizza sauce has a very nice flavour.



We can't wait to come back. I really want to try the Baja Fish Tacos

We went there for date night last Wednesday excited to try the new place in town. Walked in and took awhile for a waitress to come visit us and say hi. (The place was not busy) When she finally did come she was very pleasant, we ordered our beers and we watched them sit on the bar and get warm for about 10 minutes while she chatted at the back with some others. So we order some wings (2 orders) and that took quite some time to get to us, we were wondering if they had forgotten to put the order in, they arrived eventually and guess what? They weren't cold but they definitely were not hot and fresh you could tell they had been sitting. We were going to return them but by that time we were hungry and thought what the heck. It gets better..so we get home and we both have upset stomachs. Overall the experience was not great considering its a brand new place and you'd think they would try to go over and above in the first couple weeks being open.

We went for the Happy Hour that was advertised on FB. Was told all craft beers were $4 so I ordered an Alley Kat Aprikat. Got the bill and was charged $7.60 . I brought it to the waitresses attention and she informed me that it is not a craft beer. They offered to discount it for me but we had already paid the bill. Wouldn't have been to upset but I was pretty clear why we were there. Bad first impression. I googled Alley Kat and they promote themselves as a craft brewer.

Awkward when you walk in the door as there is no sign telling you to seat yourself or wait to be seated. The servers were obviously confused as we ordered drinks and then another server came over 1 minute later and asked if we needed drinks. Same thing happened with our food order but with yet a different server. Food was alright, the ribs hardly had any meat and weren’t cleaned properly (i had big chunks of silverskin on my plate �) My last complaint would be how long it took to get or dinner plates cleared and our bill to the table. We weren’t acknowledged until we started to put our jackets on.



The fries were awesome! Hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

The side of vegetables on one order were slimy and limp, definitely not consumable. Unfortunately, the salt and pepper wings were tasteless as well. To put the icing on the cake, we asked for a bottle of hot sauce to add some flavor and got three small dishes of sauce and were then charged extra for each. I wonder if they charge for mustard and ketchup for the burgers as well? Too bad as this is a really nicely done place and good service, but the food (albeit this is the one and only experience with Hunters) left a whole lot to be desired. Not sure they deserve a second chance because there is a lot of competition in the Park.

This place gets 1 star based on the fact that our server was a sweetheart. There were 2 of us who have severe food restrictions (due to autoimmune diseases and allergies) and were ensured a high standard of safety when it came to ordering off of the GF menu... Its literally a separate menu.

We asked multiple times about the wings and our server was assured by the kitchen numerous times as well that it would be safe for us to eat there. It was very well known, written down, and explained to the kitchen that our table had severe allergies.

Anyways... AFTER eating we were approached by our server to tell us that there was a mistake and that the food in fact was not safe. They took care of our bill for us which was nice I guess? But the pair of us were both sick all night, and the reprocussions of this 1 meal will have me in bed for the rest of the week at a minimum. Super super not impressed. I would really stress to people with allergies to not put yourself at risk!!

It took us over 40 minutes to get our food. Then when we got our food and it wasn’t what we ordered. It took asking twice to get water and 10 minutes. There wasn’t more than 10 tables occupied. It was disappointing and we weren’t even compensated for the consent screw ups.

I gave it one star, because the drinks were good... and there’s no option for zero stars. Ordered the wings are they were so gross. Soft and mushy. No crunch or crisp at all.
