Hyatt Infiniti

Update: Picked up the new car tonight and it was a breeze! I was in and out of there in just over half an hour. Once again Darren and team were a pleasure to deal with, and the car looks great!

Sales and Finance staff are great to work with, patient and knowledgeable. They provide detailed information on the "extras" available but I didn't feel uncomfortably pressured to purchase them.

Was in on 11/18/2017 to discuss my options for turning in my 2014 Q50 lease and walked out happy with a finance approved deal on a 2017 Q50 RS 400. Darren, the sales rep I worked with, spent a good two hours of his morning with me and at no point did he make me feel I was wasting his time. I then worked with Harrison in finance and was out with a confirmed approval in under 20 minutes.

All in all a good experience. I've been with Hyatt Infiniti since 2014, get all my service done through them, and will continue to with my RS 400.

Picked up a 2016 Q50S at Hyatt Infiniti and the whole experience was great. Zain was very helpful and friendly, the experience is definitely a cut above other dealerships (all I'll say is buddy is an absolute legend, ask for him to take you on a test drive!). Everyone was very accommodating even when I changed the schedule last minute. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to get yourself into an Infiniti!

Just a week ago I purchased my first car from Hyatt Infinity G37xS. I never do reviews I don't even have an account to do reviews but because those guys gave me such a good service I decided to use my daughter's account to give them good reviews.
