Hyundai Gallery is the best dealership I have ever been to. We bought our car from them in May 2017. I had contacted and spoke to quite a few trying to find a car. Hyundai Gallery were so helpful in all departments from the finance to sales. I have even been back to have the car serviced, again I was not let down by how professional and friendly the team was. If you want to buy a car just go and see Nathan at Hyundai. I will be back next year for car #2.

These guys are giving the customers an outstanding service. Super deals and quick approvals on the purchases. Both Cody and Curtis were so helpful, also Billy was super quick to get everything finalized. Highly recommended!!!

I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago. Haven't had any problems until now. I drive a 2015 Santa Fe Sport with just over 30,000 KMS on it.

It started to shake alot about a month ago and I called the dealership and they said they would have to charge me $130 just to look at it! It should be covered under warranty! They also said that the warranty for the tires is through the tire manufacturer itself. So I contacted the tire company and they said I would have to go back to the dealership. I got fed up and just brought it into another dealer to just look at my vehicle. They came to find that my tires are already worn down and need to be replaced. They also mentioned that the brand of tires on my SUV are awful for SUV's. They did a tire rotation and a balancing for me. The shaking got worse so I decided to go into Hyundai gallery to see what they could suggest.

It was 7pm at night during the week and the service area was already closed. I was then directed to the sales manager (Matt). I explained to him what was happening. He took my SUV for a short drive. As soon as he came back he asked me if a balancing was done. I told him the balancing and the weighting was all complete. He then told me all of it was not done. I have never come across someone so rude in the auto industry! He talked down to me like I was a female who knew nothing about my own car. I know what was done to my car and he kept telling me I was wrong.

I will never ever go back to Hyundai Gallery. They are useless and rude. I would not recommended to anyone!

I got the best customer service from everyone at Hyundai. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating and I always felt at ease. Big thank you to Cody who helped me, answered my questions and truly exceeded my expectations!

Great Customer Service and I LOVE my new Limited Edition Elantra!
Sorry this review is so late Cody. You made the whole experience and I'm really enjoying the new car. By the way, the gas mileage I'm getting is better than what is posted! I averaged 5.8L/100km from AB to BC on the highway and about 6.6 - 7 L/100km in the city.

Went in to test drive/look at a 2010 Elantra GLS available through a trade-in. Not a huge fan of car buying at dealerships but Cindy C. (sales), Curtis (mgr), and Claudia (finance) turned it into a fast, friendly, easy experience.
There was some wiggle room on the posted price, offered a good price on an extra set of wheels & tires, and left a few days later with a good used vehicle, 2 sets of wheels/tires, and an overall positive impression.

I Purchased my hyundai from a different hyundai dealership. I took it Hyundai Gallery for some work and was amazed at how good the customer service was. I dealt with Luis Reyes and he went above and beyond any expectations. I will always bring my business here and highly recommend it to my friends and family as well.

Great service!! I highly recommend this place. I went yesterday night almost time to close and I had the luck to be assisted by sales representative Cindy Lee! She Was a sweetheart, she took all the time to show me everything about the car and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I couldn't be happier!! Thanks to Katie the manager that was also super friendly :) I am in love with my car and with the service received!! Kudos

Definitely a great experience. I've purchased 8 vehicles in the past 10 years, but this sky first experience with Hyundai. I originally spoke to Katie, the sales manager, and she got Adam to help me out. I can say that the team in the sales group was fantastic. They were even great with my kids, who were rambunctious at times.

I'd definitely recommend buying your vehicle from Katie and her team!
