Today i was in the south and i wanted to get my nails done, after a lengthy period of time i decided this would be my best option and i was so pleased with my decision!
I called and they booked me in for my appointment, and started working on me promptly when i got there.
as i had completely butchered nails from my previous shop, i asked them to remove the old nails which were all broken before putting new ones one.

the sir doing my nails said he wouldn't but them in acetone because my nail beds were too soft and he would carefully drill them down. i was a little nervous but he did an amazing job. didn't hurt me once and continually asked me if i was experiencing any pain.

he did not rush took his time, the lengths and shapes all match and are perfect, he paid attention to my cuticles as well which was huge and rubbed my hands/ forearms with lotion afterwards which in my books just makes the whole experience.

will for sure be coming back!

STAY AWAY!! Recently booked in for a deluxe mani/pedi. Only half of the services were done as once it started to get busy, they're your typical chop shop, rush you in and out. I was rushed out of the pedicure chair to sit with bags of wax on my feet at the manicure station, then after quite some time, a lady came over and pulled them off, I had to ask for a towel to wipe the wax off. No foot massage was done, no hot oil rock massage and no hot towel massage. Besides my nails, my feet weren't touched. My mom's toenails wiped off as soon as we left and my sister who was at the nail station with me, had to ask the lady to clear all the glitter nail polish off of her fingers, it was such a sloppy job. SUCH a waste of money...and when I brought it up to the manager (possibly the owner) I was told that since they don't sell product, they cannot refund my money. You took the money, you can refund it, but lesson learnt. HIGHLY suggest to skip this place, it has gone way down hill since opening.

This place will work if youre in need to get your nails done, but both times I have gone there, I have asked for Almond nails and when I leave
I have every shape EXCEPT almond. Last time, I had the male who works there doing my nails and when I said "oh sorry, i actally want almond" he pulled my finger and said "this is almond" but it was very VERY round and had an attitude for the rest of the appointment. If you can wait make an appointment elsewhere, I recommend doing that, if not, this place will get the job done, but make sure youre willing to fix the shape yourself at home.

I went here a month ago to get my nails done and had a terrible experience, when I got in I was waiting for at least an hour even though I booked an appointment, when I sat down I had to the manager doing my nails. I had had a stained nail from a polish that I used at home and he asked why my nail was purple, and I told him that, anyways he then told me that I did not know how to do my own nails and was STUPID I was very offended! And then when I had asked for the coffin shape, all of the nails were crooked and uneven. The whole time he was answering phone calls and barely even paying any attention to my nails. When he was painting them he left a bunch of unpainted and different shaded spots. The I asked for jewls and all of them were in different spots! It was an overall horrible experience and I am planning to never go again. And to top that of it was my first ever manicure. Today I went to a different spa and got nice even nails and experienced a good quality spa and am much happier with my new nice nails.

Just got my nails done at this salon. I was here yesterday a different lady had done my nails and there were a few imperfections. I brought my concerns up with the manager Tommy, who was more happy to tend to my needs and correct them. He did an amazing job and I'm more than happy with the turn out. Thanks Tommy.

We came there one hour before closing. They did my mom's nails very quickly, but we didn't like the quality of the job.

I have been coming here routinely for over a year. The service is always friendly, efficient and great quality for nails, pedicures and waxing. I even bring my daughter, she loves it!

Service was fast but the gentleman that did my nails wasn't very friendly and did a very sloppy job. He didn't file them even either or clean up my cuticles. Plus my gel polish was all cracked looking within 2 days and I've never had this happen to my nails before! Won't be back!

I took my 5 year old for a date here this morning to get our nails done and it was such a fantastic experience! The owner himself did my nails and took great care trimming them and used several different exfoliating treatments on my skin. It is the best pedicure I've ever had! I'm definitely going back again soon- and my daughter also really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it!! Thanks so much!
