As an IT professional, I can say it takes a special kind of geek to restore a SAS Raid array on difficult controllers, or a cheap NAS with multiple layers of RAID within. These guys do amazing work I didn't know was possible before dealing with them. They do their own work in house and don't shy away from much of anything.

I was so happy to have gone to iCube to recover my files. They were able to recover them and kept me up to date. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs data recovery.

I dropped my hard drive off yesterday. The drive would no longer spin up after I lost my power supply in my computer. They did an initial check and found that some more deeper diagnostics were needed. Shortly after I returned home, the diagnostic was completed and an estimate was sent. I approved the go ahead and they promptly started on the recovery. This morning I found out that all has been completed. Service is fast and courteous. I am very impressed !

Highly recommend. They have saved my butt twice now, starting back when Matt was working out of his basement. Literally cried with relief when they told me they could get all my data off a dead drive. Worth every penny. Also quick and kept me updated as they worked through the recovery process.

My dad recommended iCube. They recovered all his data from his hard drive in a fast, efficient manner. They are knowledgeable and are HONEST. Although my recovery was expensive, not because of their price, they are one of the cheapest, I had a great experience with this company. Excellent customer care, professional in their work.

well one the best company to deal with and specially Matthew and Ian both these guys are awesome. They got my drive in the morning by 9 am and figured it out everything by almost within an hour. Most trust worthy guys. I definitely recommend this company. Excellent knowledge and friendly staff.
