Id Dental - Dr. James Reid

I'm a long-term patient of Dr. Reid. I can always expect great work and friendly service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reid's for many years, as have my family. He is top notch in his field and has effectively dealt with many dental issues of mine, and my families over the years. I have always felt at ease in the dental chair because of Dr. Reid's caring and warm manner. He always takes time to explain the procedures and demonstrates why any treatment is require, so that I can fully understand. Dr. Reid, his staff, both at the front reception, and hygiene are very professional and operate at the highest level of integrity. My grown children still see Dr. Reid, as their dentist, and now my five grandchildren see him too. I am grateful for having such a wonderful dentist all these years! I have highly recommended Dr. Reid to many of my colleagues and friend's over the years and they also share the same experience with Dr. Reid and his staff at ID Dental.

Very displeased with the work done and the level of professionalism. I had four cavities done and nine months later they still have not settled right despite multiple return visits with the same complaint. The main receptionist is awful regularly losing paperwork and misscheduling appointments. My sister has also been seeing dr Reid and has not had great experiences either. Stay away.

Dr. Reid and his team are fantastic dental care providers. They are professional, honest and very good at what they do. My family and I are happy to be on-going patients with Dr. Reid.

Been going to ID Dental seeing Dr. James Reid for nearly 20 years or so. Honest guy, not the type to just make money off of you.
