IKEA !! !!🤘
The customer service I received was excellent. I bought the wrong cabinet size so I went to return it, thinking I would need to walk all through the store to find what I needed. However, their customer service department was able to return my product, and put in an order for the correct cabinet size I needed. I was able to exchange my cabinet and simply waited for someone to grab my new one. So easy!
A great Ikea location that is always clean. The staff are always willing to help or answer any questions that you have. They also have some Kitchen design stations among other things. It is often quite busy on the weekends, and less busy during the week.
Ikea is virtually the same everywhere. Well priced furniture that won't last you forever but will save your wallet. Service is generally quick at this site. Good for a quick $1 snack too. Hot dogs and frozen yogurt for about a dollar. Their restaurant is also fun for a quick cheap breakfast.
This IKEA store is part of a multinational company what started in Netherlands. Offer economical priced furniture and household items. Comparing similar stores - this store has huge inventory and variety of furniture, kitchen appliances and household items. You can fully furnish all your house just from this store. Plants, kids toys and furniture, in-store cafeteria is part of what you can find in this store. Always helpful and friendly staff. Store is well organized and clean.
Its a maze inside with nice selection of products, you can always find little cute gadgets for the house. Customer service is always great and friendly. Crowded almost everyday. Great place to spend time browsing and checking for new ideas. Affordable prices and quick. Premises are always well kept clean and presentable.
Employees did their jobs. Not exceptional though. Good prices and choices. Nice meat balls!
You have to love the modern furniture, good packing, and price. Service generally really sucks and HEY they charge you $20 to pick up an item from the store.
PS I always complain about an experience there, yet I keep going back.

Oh IKEA... a magical wonderland of home goods! Good food too! Overall a good experience, bought a couch and bed for our new condo.
I will mention that the girl arranging deliveries could use a refresher course in customer service. She was very curt and just didn't have a very good attitude. Everyone else was very friendly but it must have been the end of her shift or something because she just wasn't in the mood for work or customers.
Oh well I'll still be back.
Great experience as usual. We returned a desktop that we didn't need about 3 months after we purchased it. Customer service gave us a store credit in the form of a gift card with no problem. I took my daughter to the cafeteria upstairs for lunch and we had a great time. I do appreciate the little details that Ikea notices, such as having stools for the kids in the washrooms and even free diapers if needed. We come here regularly and the experience is very consistent.
Ikea, you either love them or know someone that does. Lots of furniture for the DIY crowd. Modern kitchens with a European influence in how they install. Great for a breakfast bite, and kitchen items too. Check out their new bicycle, it has all sorts of options for the city dweller.
It's Ikea what is there to review! But I do actually love this place I think their selection it's getting better and the products seem to be durable enough. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is I had to deal with their pick up counter and that was a nightmare. Waited almost an hour for them to tell me they didn't even have it.
If you want some basic to modern stuff this is the place for you. If you have some moderate handy skills well you won't have a problem putting furniture together. Pleasant dining and free chocolates of course!=)
Always a fun place to shop at. They change up their displays every few months, so it's always a new experience going there to shop.
Also meatballs are delicious. Can't go to Ikea without getting some meatballs.
