Yet again the staff at Independant Jewellers helped my wonderful Husband to choose a perfect gift for me for our Anniversary. This year was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and I must say, I Love my new ring. Thank you to Stephanie and Sammy for such wonderful service, you guys "Rock".

When I first stepped in here with my bf to look at rings got greeted and he helped us with everything. Very good customer service. There was things I learned I never would have known. Very certain I will be a customer here for years to come! Brian is awesome! I even went back for help with wedding rings.

We went to browse for a custom ring. After visiting many stores, and having horrible customer service the process had gotten quite daunting. Brian Cunningham took time to show us many pieces, different diamonds and helped us create my dream ring. I highly recommend to go and see Brian at independent, he is highly knowledgable, patient and a pleasure to deal with. We will be purchasing the ring of my dreams from him specifically, thanks to his wonderful service. Thank you sincerely.

The customer service was excellent and the selection amazing. Stephanie helped us find what we were looking for, she knew the inventory, and was quick to present a great array of options. She also gave suggestions for versatility and optional modifications. There was no questions she couldn’t answer and she was fun to shop with. Definitely will shop there in the future.

Samara is the best!! She helped us with my engagement ring, the making of the wedding band and most recently my anniversary band. Making jewelry is difficult as you can't imagine what it will look like. But Samara has this knack of putting you at ease each time. She’s made this experience over the past 10 years wonderful. I have a ring that is now a family heirloom and I can pass down to our granddaughter.

Just updated my 28 year old wedding set, with a spectacular princess cut diamond, double the size of the original stone, which I am keeping to set in a pendant. Patricia at the west Edmonton location was super awesome!! She knew what I was looking for and her guidance and attention to detail helped me make the right choice to make my cherished wedding set, that much more special, for the years going forward!! I had been in the market for some time shopping for an engagement ring for My sweatheart, and I had talked to a number of people at different jewellery stores and was very shell shocked from the sheister like treatment . I was telling a friend about my experiences and he mentioned independent Jewellers . I was helped by a very nice lady named Patricia which was patient, personable and above all the most knowledgeable person I have ever talked to about jewellery . She was straight up and to the point asked all the right questions and put no pressure at any point on me to buy anything my experience at your store was very good and I would recommend you guys to anyone,you are true professionals thank you Matthew Moreau

I recently lost my diamond ring. My insurance agent put me in touch with Emily at Independent Jewellers to assist with the process of having a replacement ring made. Emily was extremely helpful and very accommodating to my schedule. I picked up my ring last week and am very pleased with it. I would recommend Independent Jewellers for all your jewelry needs.

I looked high and low for a setting I liked for a family heirloom diamond. I looked online, in person and even pawn shops. IJ had a good selection of styles. I found a platinum one I loved. Thank you David, Samara and the master goldsmiths for making my ring dream come true!

My house burned down in May 2015 and Emily was the Insurance Specialist assigned to help me replace all the jewelry lost in the fire. I loved every minute I spent with her and am beyond happy with my fabulous new jewelry. Thank you Emily I will never forget your kindness :)

I had a custom band done to match my engagement ring, and it turned out exactly as I imagined it. And it was done in 2 weeks! Becky helped me, who was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I also paid less than half of what another company quoted me. I would absolutely use Independent Jewellers again.

I got my grandmothers ring remade here. Kelly was amazing, She was so helpful and knew exactly what i needed. They're quick, they keep you informed through the process and i'm absolutely in love! I would recommend them for anything jewelry you need

Normally Jewellers try to close the sale and they are very pushy but with Samara I am so relaxed and comfortable, she keeps my budget in mind, she shows me all my options and she is very patient with me all throughout despite me being such a difficult shopper! She listens and understands exactly what I want and I will probably never go to another jeweler other than Samara.

Bonita is amazing! She was so knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with! She helped me find a new band for my beautiful diamond , she was so focused on what I wanted and thanks to her I now have my dream ring! I will definitely be returning would highly recommend Independent Jewellers and Bonita!!!

My wife's engagement ring broke on one of the claws and a piece of the diamond broke off as well. We have had the ring for 6 years and Independent won't warranty the diamond. When we called in to the store we spoke with a lady that definitely was not a pleasure to speak with and she said they don't warranty broken diamonds. Clearly not very good quality and even worse customer service. If you want your diamond to last longer than 6 years go somewhere else!!

I had a good experience buying my engagement l/wedding rings however, they have a terrible warranty. Lost one of the little side diamonds in my ring and they told my husband they only offer warranty for two years (we bought them about 3 years ago). Other large jewelry stores offer lifetime warranty on their rings so I will NOT be shopping at IJ ever again. What kind of reputable store only offers a limited warranty like that?!!! Ridiculous.

When we called in to the store we spoke with a lady that definitely was not a pleasure to speak with and she said they don't warranty broken diamonds. Clearly not very good quality and even worse customer service. If you want your diamond to last longer than 6 years go somewhere else!!

I was helped by a very nice lady named Patricia which was patient, personable and above all the most knowledgeable person I have ever talked to about jewellery . I recently lost my diamond ring. My insurance agent put me in touch with Emily at Independent Jewellers to assist with the process of having a replacement ring made. Emily was extremely helpful and very accommodating to my schedule. I picked up my ring last week and am very pleased with it. I would recommend Independent Jewellers for all your jewelry needs.

I looked high and low for a setting I liked for a family heirloom diamond. I looked online, in person and even pawn shops. IJ had a good selection of styles. I found a platinum one I loved. Thank you David, Samara and the master goldsmiths for making my ring dream come true!

My house burned down in May 2015 and Emily was the Insurance Specialist assigned to help me replace all the jewelry lost in the fire. I loved every minute I spent with her and am beyond happy with my fabulous new jewelry. Thank you Emily I will never forget your kindness :)

I had a custom band done to match my engagement ring, and it turned out exactly as I imagined it. And it was done in 2 weeks! Becky helped me, who was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I also paid less than half of what another company quoted me. I would absolutely use Independent Jewellers again.

I got my grandmothers ring remade here. Kelly was amazing, She was so helpful and knew exactly what i needed. They're quick, they keep you informed through the process and i'm absolutely in love! I would recommend them for anything jewelry you need

I don't usually write reviews but the stellar customer service I received from Samara at Independent Jewellers was too exceptional not to tell the world about this hidden gem. Normally Jewellers try to close the sale and they are very pushy but with Samara I am so relaxed and comfortable, she keeps my budget in mind, she shows me all my options and she is very patient with me all throughout despite me being such a difficult shopper! She listens and understands exactly what I want and I will probably never go to another jeweler other than Samara.

Bonita is amazing! She was so knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with! She helped me find a new band for my beautiful diamond , she was so focused on what I wanted and thanks to her I now have my dream ring! I will definitely be returning would highly recommend Independent Jewellers and Bonita!!!

My wife's engagement ring broke on one of the claws and a piece of the diamond broke off as well. We have had the ring for 6 years and Independent won't warranty the diamond. When we called in to the store we spoke with a lady that definitely was not a pleasure to speak with and she said they don't warranty broken diamonds. Clearly not very good quality and even worse customer service. If you want your diamond to last longer than 6 years go somewhere else!!

I had a good experience buying my engagement l/wedding rings however, they have a terrible warranty. Lost one of the little side diamonds in my ring and they told my husband they only offer warranty for two years (we bought them about 3 years ago). Other large jewelry stores offer lifetime warranty on their rings so I will NOT be shopping at IJ ever again. What kind of reputable store only offers a limited warranty like that?!!! Ridiculous.

Yet again the staff at Independant Jewellers helped my wonderful Husband to choose a perfect gift for me for our Anniversary. This year was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and I must say, I Love my new ring. Thank you to Stephanie and Sammy for such wonderful service, you guys "Rock".

When I first stepped in here with my bf to look at rings got greeted and he helped us with everything. Very good customer service. There was things I learned I never would have known. Very certain I will be a customer here for years to come! Brian is awesome! I even went back for help with wedding rings.

We went to browse for a custom ring. After visiting many stores, and having horrible customer service the process had gotten quite daunting. Brian Cunningham took time to show us many pieces, different diamonds and helped us create my dream ring. I highly recommend to go and see Brian at independent, he is highly knowledgable, patient and a pleasure to deal with. The customer service was excellent and the selection amazing. Stephanie helped us find what we were looking for, she knew the inventory, and was quick to present a great array of options. She also gave suggestions for versatility and optional modifications. There was no questions she couldn’t answer and she was fun to shop with. Definitely will shop there in the future.

Samara is the best!! She helped us with my engagement ring, the making of the wedding band and most recently my anniversary band. Making jewelry is difficult as you can't imagine what it will look like. But Samara has this knack of putting you at ease each time. She’s made this experience over the past 10 years wonderful. I have a ring that is now a family heirloom and I can pass down to our granddaughter.

Love your store. Your staff is amazing! The care you are given when you shop at IJ is above and beyond. I take all my jewelry in to get it checked and cleaned. Definitely recommend IJ to anyone in the market for jewelry!
