Us and our children really enjoy the store. I would like to see the store add a few seats to look through books as my children are sitting on the floor when we go there.

I could probably spend all day here with their huge selection and variety of genres. Great store.

Always friendly staff. Their stock is sometimes a bit off when comparing to the website but it's totally understandable. This is definitely my go to store to buy books

The staff are very helpful and the store is clean but it's hard to find the things you want to find.

I love to read. Most of the other stores I enter are completely desolate of staff and seem chaotic. This location is tidy, well organized and everyone is polite and helpful! Thanks to the staff for the suggestions and patience with me as I can be a little picky. I am a return customer.

Very clean facility, a play table for kids in the kids section, great selection. Needs more of a french adult selection.

I called over half a dozen times during open hours to enquire about an item availability and no one answered. NO ONE. Unbelievable.
On a weekday evening. A business could not be any worse than this. Disappointing.
