My mission is to educate and help clients reach a healthier lifestyle with a safe and compassionate environment.

I was an overweight tradesman, who smoked and couldn’t run to the end of the street. My father passed away in 2002 and that event motivated me to strive for a healthier lifestyle, I quit smoking, and started martial arts and running.
In 2010 after a few 1 /2 marathons, I found an interest in triathlons, and after a few years of racing, I qualified for the 2012 ITU Age group team.

I currently have a passion for Mountain biking, and am looking for races for the 2018 season!

My history in sports, and the past obstacles in which I’ve overcome, such as obesity, injury, smoking family /work /training balance, has given me an ability to sympathize and relate to a client.
