"What do I need to do to Love My Life?".
Feeling or being stuck is based upon a perception. A perception that was created from a past experience, that created a limited belief system and that holds a judgement.
... What IF you had no judgements on that past experience...would you still have that same perception or would it change? We base a great deal of our decisions based up our past experiences. However, our past experiences has NOTHING to do with our present or our future.
The next time you feel stuck or limited in some way...ask yourself 2 questions.
1. Where is this coming from? Trust the trail. You may want to ask more questions.
2. What would it take for me to no longer have judgements on this past experience and change my perception so I can move forward in my life with ease?
As we change our perceptions our entire world opens up for us to see the beauty in our lives.
We all have a choice to either stay a victim of our lives or to become empowered at the endless possibilities of what change can bring.
