Outstanding service. I purchased my vehicle from Hyatt (who are also great) however, when I ran into some mechanical trouble on our 2016 Q50, Infiniti Gallery scheduled me in right away, completed diagnostics at no charge and even threw in 3 teddy bears for our kids. They completed the work and even apologized for taking additional time out of my schedule to ensure everything was looked after.

I'll be purchasing our next vehicle from this dealership in the very near future.

I purchased my used Audi A5 from Infinity Gallery in Calgary. I live in New Brunswick and found the car on Auto Trader. I ended up winning the lottery when I was blindly handed over to my salesperson,Ken WONG. I put all my trust in him and went back and forth several times to ensure that my car would meet my standards. Ken was honest and extremely helpful with me. After purchasing my car,it was transported to NB. When I received my car, I was very pleased with my purchase and the car was just as described by Ken.

There were a few minor issues with the vehicle. Infinity Gallery was quick to address these issues in a timely fashion and took care of these minor repairs. I was very pleased with the service I received from Ken Wong and Infinity Gallery. Thanks guys,I would certainly be a repeat buyer with you.

I have serviced my wifes vehicle many times.They have always given great customer service and to my delight reasonable price to maintain and repair. The shuttle service is great as the drivers are friendly and courteous. The car is washed and dried , this service is just great. I want to thank Natasha Barker for her 10/10 customer service .
