I decided to trade my BMW GT 550 for the QX80 because quite frankly the car (brand new when I bought it) was pretty much in the shop every 3-4 months and their customer service is horrendous there. Best decision ever. The GM and the sales person were nothing but professional and it was the most hassle free vehicle transaction I've ever done. They took care of everything from my trade down to registering my vehicle. Even now when I get it serviced I always have a loaner car (it's a miracle if Edmonton BMW would have one let alone offer you one) and the staff there is super friendly and treats their customers like family. I can't rave enough about this dealership and the staff there. Highly highly recommended!! Oh yea and the vehicle is amazing as well (unlike the lemon car that I purchased for 100k at BMW)!

Absolutely disgusting to see that you allow your brand to be associated with drinking and driving. The event held by your south end Infiniti dealer at Browns Socialhouse was absolutely disgusting. Having lost a sober sister to a drunk driver it's offensive to have your brand and brand ambassadors encourage such behaviour. Considering you're in the business of VEHICLES one would assume that your company would be more thoughtful. Those employees should ALL be fired, especially drinking on the job. Rude, obnoxious and inconsiderate. I hope no fatalities resulted from this.

One our kids bought a used Infiniti from this dealer. The car had the Infiniti warranty to 100,000 km and they also bought extended warranty. The car developed an engine noise in May, before the warranty expired. When it was taken in for repairs in May, the service department "couldn't hear the noise". Hmmm really?

The noise continued and got worse so the car was taken in for repair 3 weeks ago, again before the warranty expired. The Service dept is "not sure if the failing part is covered by warranty" and wants them to pay $180/hour for 12 hours so they can strip the engine to find the problem and take pictures to send away to see if the failed part is covered by warranty. If not covered they have to continue paying at $180/hr to replace the part and rebuild the engine. I've never heard of such crap. Infiniti built the vehicle, the issue was reported before the warranty expired - FIX the damn car.

If anyone reading this is thinking about buying an Infiniti, think again or at least go to another dealer and check out the warranty in detail.

I personally have owned Ford trucks for the past 6 years never had an issue a with getting repairs or maintenance done under warranty

I had an absolute pleasant and positive experience when I purchased our Infiniti Q50s at Infiniti South in Edmonton from Tariq Mahmood. I didn’t get the intimidation or run around that you would feel at any car dealership. It was very welcoming and they invited you to know more about their selection of cars, new and used. I had Tariq assist me from beginning to end with my purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a more outstanding Brand Ambassdor. He was straight up, no bogus approach with a very kind factor. Really it made the purchase easy.we are from Peace river around 5 hours drive and we took Infiniti Q50 same day. We had a very rough beginning but I am giving this my Sales Rep Rock Switzer and one of the Managers 4 starts for trying their very best to correct everything. They were there the whole and easy to get hold of. Especially Rock who tries to respond to my text messages even in the evening. Truly great customer service and I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and clients who will be looking at buying cars. Rock is a rockstar!

Absolutely disgusting to see that you allow your brand to be associated with drinking and driving. The event held by your south end Infiniti dealer at Browns Socialhouse was absolutely disgusting. Having lost a sober sister to a drunk driver it's offensive to have your brand and brand ambassadors encourage such behaviour. Considering you're in the business of VEHICLES one would assume that your company would be more thoughtful. Those employees should ALL be fired, especially drinking on the job. Rude, obnoxious and inconsiderate. I hope no fatalities resulted from this.

One our kids bought a used Infiniti from this dealer. The car had the Infiniti warranty to 100,000 km and they also bought extended warranty. The car developed an engine noise in May, before the warranty expired. When it was taken in for repairs in May, the service department "couldn't hear the noise". Hmmm really?

The noise continued and got worse so the car was taken in for repair 3 weeks ago, again before the warranty expired. The Service dept is "not sure if the failing part is covered by warranty" and wants them to pay $180/hour for 12 hours so they can strip the engine to find the problem and take pictures to send away to see if the failed part is covered by warranty. If not covered they have to continue paying at $180/hr to replace the part and rebuild the engine. I've never heard of such crap. Infiniti built the vehicle, the issue was reported before the warranty expired - FIX the damn car.

If anyone reading this is thinking about buying an Infiniti, think again or at least go to another dealer and check out the warranty in detail.

I personally have owned Ford trucks for the past 6 years never had an issue a with getting repairs or maintenance done under warranty
