Located in Inglewood, ICFS is a CrossFit Studio with a strong focus on technique & community.

ICFS opened in January 2013 in Calgary’s beautiful Inglewood community. Since its inception, the focus has always been the relentless pursuit of improved physical and mental well being through supportive, safe and fun, CrossFit programming.

Guided by the core concepts developed by Greg Glassman, ICFS strives to provide quality programming delivered by knowledgeable and caring coaches with attention to movement mechanics and developing skill at every fitness level. CrossFit is universally scalable and we strongly believe that it is for everyone. Our members develop broad, general and inclusive fitness, preparing them for any physical task.
