Excellent customer service and very talented staff, plus a super relaxing, calm vibe. My favourite place in the city for a massage!

Worth each and every penny, I went for Body Scrub and Orange Facial, both Kaitlyn and Felicita are professionals, I felt so comfortable this neat and clean environment. Their steam is so great. It was a great experience I had and steeped out with a fresh feel. Experience and enjoy the feel.

I've had several massages here because it's a convienent location and they have parking. But each time I'm a little dissapointed. Massages are ok but not great and i always end up feeling like I waded through an oil slick.

This is my go-to spot for a good massage in Kensington. You can book a 30 min steam prior to a massage - heavenly. I have had massages with Felicitas and Kaitlyn and both are excellent!

My wife and I have been coming here consistently for over three years. While we originally started coming because it's so close to our home, we've stayed for the friendly staff who always remember us, consistent experience, and friendly customer service.

I've been to Inner Balance Spa a couple times and so far the experience has been great! Just recently, however, I came for a 60 minute couples massage and by the end of it we only received about 50 minutes of massage. I paid for 60 minutes but the 10 minutes went to them preparing the room and waiting for us to get on to the massage table. So a little disappointed in that but overall my past experiences were better than the most recent one.

Couples wellness massage. I was not too impressed as we did not receive/barely received a head or face massage. For a 90 minute massage, it'd be great to have more time spent on the head and face.

Instead there was about 10 minutes spent with a few extra blankets placed over us. Which did not do a lot to enhance the massage.

The sauna and shower were very small spaces, so there is nothing extravagant in terms of getting 30 min privacy in sauna and shower. The massage room was also small and cramped. You can probably get way more for that kind of price elsewhere.

My partner was looking for a deep tissue massage, as he is very athletic and active. He did not receive that despite clearly stating his preferences on the info sheet.

Despite that the staff were friendly and professional. I suppose we should have asked for more time on head or face prior to everything but I've had good experiences elsewhere without having to ask. I also like to leave the spa feeling like my muscles have been worked on. It was just okay.
