Really happy with my service from innovative. Had a set of tires put on my truck and am quite happy with them. Their staff are great and know their stuff. I have since told everyone looking for tires or work on their truck who to go see. Prices can’t be beat nor their ability to get you in quick. Thanks again guys!

I went to Innovative Autoworx yesterday with a lugnut issue that I needed help with since I was left stranded by another shop. They were super quick and super smart, they helped me out in about 30 mins (Tire Rotation and new lugs) and the price was fair (no upsell, no BS). Carrie and the 2 other gentlemen knew everything there was to know about my truck. I asked about changing a few things and they knew exactly what I was going for, and priced out a few options for me... seriously awesome, they really know their stuff. I was very impressed!

Three mechanics could not find what was making a nasty noise that made me nuts for two years. They found the noise and I love love love my snow tires ... fantastic service & waiting area is clean comfortable and has netflix. Price was fair they were lovely felt pampered .... lovit

There was a problem with the size of the rims they originally selected, but they swapped them out no problem. Dealt with Nick, he was great. True character shows with how a company deals with issues, and they came through.

I looked up online what would fit my car and was disappointed with my options. Innovative had been recomended to me before and I decided to give them a chance. Jeff suggested some spacers which opened up my options. He worked out what would fit and nailed the fit first try, no rubs or scrubs. I wasn't happy with the tires I picked originally, they helped me out until I was completely satisfied. I don't usually like using shops for things I can order myself, but I would recommend them again and again. Their knowledge saved me hours of messing around couldn't be happier. Thanks again guys

I had a superb support from the team at Innovative Autoworx especially Kevin, operations manager, who was so patient to help me find the best set of wheels and tires to my C63 for a course of many months...I highly recommend this shop for everyone who is looking to deal with professional and friendly team.

Highly recommend this business and it's staff. Looked around Edmonton shops and when we found a few shops they were very unhelpful with our requests to see different sizes put on the car to verify the width and height / test fit. Innovative had no issues test fitting what they had in stock and they carry a lot of options. Jeff was accommodating and knowledgeable from start to finish. Such a great experience we bought tire and rims. Will definitely be bringing in our 54 GMC. Customer for life!

Great price on rims and wheels. I didn't know much about set ups for trucks, and Jeff helped me through all my questions. Highly reccomend if your looking for a blend of good price and quality.
