This is my private practice in psychology serving Okotoks and surrounding areas. I am a Registered Psychologist with over 12 years of counselling experience working with adults and youth. I am passionate about inspiring people through my work to find their own inner inspiration and grow to their fullest potential in all areas of their lives.

I have worked from a Cognitive-Behavioural and Solution-Focused orientation for most of my career, but now primarily work from an Emotion-Focused and Attachment-Based Developmental approach. I have completed advanced studies with the Neufeld Institute, which is focused on supporting parents and children from an attachment-based developmental framework.

I am currently taking new clients. I offer a free phone or email consultation in order to determine if I am the right fit for you or a loved one. Finding the right fit between client and therapist is key to any successful therapeutic relationship.
