Not happy at all. They say they don’t charge travel time but their hourly rates are jacked up. They came out fix my sink, they knew the type of sink and when here they said the problem was the same problem they always get for this sink but they didn’t bring the parts to fix it. I don’t get it. Instead they replace some other parts that did nothing to fix it and charged 3-5 times what it costs to pick them up at Home Depot or equivalent.

They also installed my toilet and did a good job there (the only reason I gave them a two) but even though I supplied the toilet and all the parts needed they replaced additional parts and again charged 3-5 times what they should have cost.

Bottomline they came unprepared to fix my sink but still charged me for not fixing it and they jack up all their prices. Both hourly and parts.

I won’t be using them again and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

We had a leaky faucet in the kitchen which had ruined the basement ceiling. We called Instant Plumbing immediately as we had been very happy with their service when we had changed the garburator earlier this year. The phone was answered by Jeff and he said that unfortunately he had an opening the following day only after 5PM which meant overtime. We went ahead and booked the appointment as we didn’t want any other company. The following day to our surprise, he called to say he could come earlier in the afternoon. Jeff came with Gary . They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend Instant Plumbing –The best company ever!

I had a hotwater tank issue. Becky was very helpful when I called the office, explained to me options and cost of replacing the tank if necessary. Garry came out, was efficient, replaced the tank, and left everything clean and working. A pleasure to deal with!

Leaky drain caused by inept handyman :-) Called Instant Plumbing in the morning, and by mid afternoon had everything fixed up. Gary was prompt, clean and thorough. Great job!

Our boiler stopped working on the Thanksgiving long weekend (ugh). This was our first time calling Instant Plumbing. I can't say enough good things about this company. The level of service far exceeded my expectations and the quality of work is the best I have ever seen! Jason was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They stayed late every day to make sure the job was done on time. The final price was exactly as promised. Yes, it was a costly repair but we have a fair-sized home and the quality of supplies they used was top notch. Once you do the math, you realize that the price is actually very reasonable. I wish more companies treated their customers as well as Instant Plumbing does.

Jason and David just completed an install of a new boiler system, complete with a new indirect hot water system. The service was excellent and the quality of workmanship went above what I was expecting. I am glad we went with Instant Plumbing and I highly recommend them. I will be using them for any future heating, plumbing or A/C requirements.

Jason went above and beyond to find a replacement cartridge for my shower that was dripping. He spent hours of his own time, on a weekend, researching and driving to different retail places for the particular brand cartridge and finally came upon a rep that could get him one. That part wasn't available in Calgary. He had the company ship it immediately; he picked it up Monday and was fixing my shower Tuesday morning. I've never had the experience of someone going to that extent to get the job done. Jason made every effort to find the part quickly and fix it. What's more, he got the cartridge for free! As he claimed, why sell the products when you can't get parts for them in Calgary? He saved me $200.00. Jason takes pride in his work, is conscientious, friendly and does excellent work. I've already recommended Jason and Instant Plumbing to my friends. Thank you to Jason and Instant Plumbing - very happy with the service and results!
