Intact Insurance

Would recommend this company to friends and everyone else. They dealt with our claim in a timely manner and were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Everything was done to our satisfaction.

Disgustingly overpriced. I had gotten into 2 at fault claims in the last two years. One of which was a light fender bender. I got a phone call telling me my comprehensive insurance was going to go from $300 a month to $780 then rates were going to increase again in January. I called another insurance company and they quoted me at $244. With BOTH at fault claims. They now have my business.

They helped us right from the day we made our claim. Was stress free and did everything they could to get our claim dealt with. If anyone is having issues with there insurance company I would highly recommend intact. Great job!!

I was impressed with the quickness of action in helping me repair my vehicle. The procedure of making a claim was painless and explained clearly to me. Everyone was professional in their attitudes and responses to questions.

My daughter had her car stolen, and the ease of filing the claim, and quick turn around to resolution was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was very sympathetic to our situation. A great team all around. Not sure another insurance company would have done so well.

Pathetic! We had two water claims last year and when trying to decide if we should pay cash or claim on insurance, Intact would not provide ANY guidance into how our rates might be affected and referred us to the broker. The broker provided us little information and even asking Intact for info garnered nothing. Today I find out our annual rates have gone up $700/year and increased our deductible to $5000/year from $1000. The cost would have been FAR less if I had just paid cash. Screw you Intact! Typical corporate greed. Do anything to make a buck and be damned who you screw over in the process.

Kristie Heffer, Claims Rep. was very business like in her questions about the claim we were filing. My wife was very pleased to get her Lincoln back all repaired and shiny black. We were very grateful for having the comprehensive coverage because Mother Nature sure did a number on her Lincoln. All in all things went smoothly. Thanks.

We had a great experience with Intact insurance. The repairs were prompt and well done. Our replacement vehicle made us want to buy a new truck! The staff is friendly and courteous.
