Integratire Midnapore

Horrible. I went in 3 different times the last 3 weeks to get my winter tires but every time I went there was a problem: they didn't have my tires in, or they ordered the wrong size. The final straw was when they said the tires they were going to sell me were years old when we agreed on new tires. These guys strung me out for 3 weeks and now there's 5 inches of snow on the ground and I STILL have my summers on.

Update: The owner of Integra Tire called me and apologized for the service and experience I had with Integra Tire. He offered a compensation for my order, but I had already looked elsewhere for because of the dire need for tires. I appreciate their efforts to make amends and fix the situation.

Interactions were mainly with Kelly! She is very knowledgeable with tires and wear etc. Aside from a minor setback everything went very well! Thanks to the owner Nuno who ensured that everything was taken care of and that we ultimately walked away happy customers. I will gladly bring all of my vehicles here without hesitation! Highly recommended!!

I booked an appointment in for my sisters vehicle which needed new tires very badly. I got a very good rundown on tire information and Kelly helped us find a tire that best suited her driving needs. We got a really good deal and the tire technicians completed the job in fast and efficient manner. Overall we are really impressed with both the service and product from Midnapore Tirecraft.
