International Currency Exchange

This place never has the currancy that I need....Brazilian, Nigerian, other African currancy, etc. I went to this place first because it was close to home. Not going to waste my time ever again. Each time the same lady had an attitude.

Did not receive the proper amount in exchange and when I asked why I was told about their 'commission/fees' which were not explicitly listed on the receipt.

The worst place to come exchange money, very rude and sarcastic! They will rip you off. I wanted to convert Riyals to dollars and they were going to keep one thousand Canadian dollars, I said "Wow, you guys are taking a lot for the conversion, the lady helping me "Well, we need to make some money!" I told her thank you but no thank you. Thank God I didn't I found a place that didn't take one penny for the conversion in the downtown area. I will NEVER come back to this place a bunch of thieves!

i came to this branch on Sunday to buy amount of Euro for my trip, the lady here was very professional and efficient, she spent times helping me arrange bills and change to various small notes for convenience, explained all my questions. I was very pleased about her customer services.

I went to this location because it was convenient. Mistake. After purchasing some Mexican pesos, I was questioning how much I received in exchange. I googled the exchange rate, called a different kiosk, and went back to get a return. I went to Calforex in Chinook mall and received just over 10% more currency, and in much smaller denominations. Avoid this place.

My experience was horrible ,if you don't pay attention the Chinese lady that I was dealing with will rip you off I brought 40 000 Colombian pesos she counted 30 000 shen then screud me on the exchange ,when I mentioned that the money she was gonna give me seamed wrong she then gave me attitude that I should leave if I'm not happy with what she was offering,shady business don't waist your time here.
