The International Foundations Program (IFP) helps students meet the English Language Proficiency requirements for admission to the University of Calgary.

IFP was created to help academically-qualified students gain English Language Proficiency (ELP) for undergraduate and graduate program admission. Students in IFP gain fluency in their use of the English language while learning in an academic environment which prepares them for their university studies. As part of our commitment to assist students in meeting ELP requirements for admission, IFP is also proud to offer IELTS, TOEFL and GRE tests at our IFP Test Centre.
