If I could give a zero star review, I would. I brought my husband here, and while discussing his medical history and quality of life, the doctor made an assumption based on my husbands outward appearance of being a muscular and tattooed man, and told him he should "party less and stay home with his family more". My husband and I are both sober and do not use drugs, work out regularly and spend our free time as a family taking our children on road trips and other outdoor activities. I am absolutely disgusted that a doctor would make such a biased judgement on someone, and then when made aware of our healthy lifestyle, brushed it off in disbelief. We will not be using the services at Intramed, and will be going elsewhere and recommending all of our acquaintances to go elsewhere as well. Deplorable behavior.

I was surprised on how well my vasectomy went. Dr.Crouse did a great job. I was scared like a little baby in the moment but while it was happening it wasn’t really that bad. The staff there are amazing. I would recommend this place 100%. I healed up nicely and couldn’t be happier.

Went in for initial vasectomy consult appointment. I felt they were mainly concerned about getting paid their $150 fee. Looked a little deeper, and there was one too many negative reviews for my comfort. Went elsewhere.

After reading some of these reviews we were a bit concerned to bring our son here. However, the entire staff was amazing. The process was very quick and professional. We have had no issue due to the circumcision.

As a parent there is a lot of involvement in the healing process and making sure you do everything correctly, which has nothing to do with the Dr. so be prepared.

As a side note, we recently we were a bit concerned about something and brought him back to have it looked at.

Dr. Crouse had no problem looking at our concern and corrected the issue (not a problem of the circumcision) and indicated that if we had the same issue again to bring him back.

Easy to arrange the initial consultation. Procedure took less than 10 minutes and was performed painlessly and professionally in a clean environment. Have not experienced any discomfort. I am pleased with my experience and results. Would certainly recommend this process.

Probably the best experience I have had with the medical profession. Very thoroughly explained the vasectomy process in advance. Actual surgery took about 12 minutes. Absolutely no pain or discomfort what-so-ever, following the procedure of since. It was a complicated as getting my oil changed :-)

Every part of the process was quick, easy, and painless. Dr. Crouse is very friendly and professional. I drove 2.5hrs home right after, no problem. The anticipation was by far the worst part. If you are planning to get a vasectomy, just book the appointment here and get it done, you'll be glad you did.

I had both my sons get a circumcision there and my husband got his vasectomy all done by Dr. Crouse. He was very friendly and professional. Both procedures were quick and painless! All turned out great! We highly recommend him!

Here I sit in the waiting room after having my vasectomy. It took ten minutes, a pleasant conversation, and 0 pain. I mean 0 pain! You will feel absolutely no pain so don't worry. Dr. Crouse is an amazing doctor. Go here and stop worrying! The wait was a billion times worse than the procedure. Book as soon as you can so you don't have to worry while you wait.
