Youth entrepreneurs are the seeds of industrial development. Introducing and striving to aspire youth to develop an entrepreneurial outlook to effectively address questions or concerns they are passionate about will aid to increase maturity and spark innovation. Entrepreneurship will provide students with a wide scope of opportunities to channel their creative minds and energy, offering a positive way for students to portray their talents. By fabricating a connection between academic skills and business startups, youth can be motivated to work harder in school, take risks and build upon their interpersonal skills. Intropreneur targets its efforts to create a community of like­-minded youth who are in pursuit of developing an entrepreneurial spirit. We aim to do so by hosting various events: large conferences, seminars with professionals in various industries, as well as, workshops designed to enrich youth experience and knowledge in the ever-growing field of business. Intropreneur will place emphasis on five key aspects: business development, financing, marketing, advertising, and management. We will provide a knowledge based platform for all youth wanting to pursue entrepreneurship; an inspiration to everyone wanting to learn about developing their own business. Local businesses and professionals will be responsible for the content aspect, where they will teach and discuss their personal experiences in Intropreneur hosted conferences. Mini­-seminars will provide youth an opportunity and structured platform to discuss a specific topic or software. Starting the development of their very own business will entail interactions with professionals in their field of interest, narrow focus on their business models and organized execution of business plans. Implementation of large seminars will give youth the opportunity to be surrounded by like-minded individuals and inspire the community to pursue the entrepreneurial spirit.
