Brought my phone in with a smashed screen they fixed it in about 1 hour works great was a good job.

my iphone screen got smashed last night and Rod got me a new screen in 30 min this morning awesome service and installed a screen protector as a bonus (euclair branch)

Had a screen replacement done and my phone could no longer receive nor send picture messages. Furthermore, it was worked on again with no results until they sent it to the eau Claire market location where a technician tried to fix it but ultimately could not fix it. I would recommend going to the Eau Claire location and avoiding the core mall location.

Passing by the iPhix store on my way to an appointment the display case with smashed, broken and destroyed phone carcasses and screens caught my eye. It prompted me to remember my iPhone 5 battery must be on its way out. After my appointment and only an hour before they closed, I popped in to ask the question "Do you replace iPhone batteries?" and the answer was yes. I spoke with Tyler who quickly showed me after peeling off my Otter Box case how the phone was beginning to swell slightly from the battery doing same. OK, how much?.... $79 plus tax sir. WOW, that's reasonable for a parts and labour fix I thought. How long does it take and when can you fit me in? We'll have it done by six PM sir! I signed the authorization and handed over the phone at about 5:10 p.m. I returned at about 5:40 and Tyler was performing a series of diagnostic checks that were outlined on the work order document (supplied to me after) and tested the phone for full functionality, which happily it passed. Tyler said I should see a marked improvement in battery life. He was right. My phone went from from 1/2 day battery life to two full days before needing a recharge. End result, new life breathed into a now older phone and a happy customer. Thanks Tyler and the guys at IPhix for a job well done with professionalism and skill. They even put up with my jokes and questions without missing a beat.

I've had a few phone scares and these guys give the best service with a smile, they're also very knowledgable about phones and nothing is too much to ask.

Service was fine, but the screen replaced on my iPhone 6 doesn't fit great and must be cheap glass because it scratches incredibly easy. Get a screen protector or go somewhere that uses better quality glass.

Not Satisfied. They could not fix my phone. And I bought USB cable from them and that is also broken. Hopefully they can improve service and be on time.

Buyer beware. Owner does not stand by their workmanship or products as evidenced by 2 month warranty and poor customer service.

I Took my iPhone in for repair in June 2016 to have a cracked screen replaced. By December 2016 the screen had popped out and was unresponsive. There was no physical damage to the phone. I took it back and was advised it was past the two month warranty. I was also advised that the LCD would required replacing as it too is not working. I was offered a discounted repair when I voiced my disagreement with having to pay more than the original repair cost.

This is unaccepable given the screen popping out and subsequent new LCD damage is more than likely a result of the original repair work done. How does a LCD get damaged with no physical damage?

I have tried to resolve with the owner however the solutions offered are unacceptable and a poor example of customer service and standing behind your work. I frankly wouldn't trust any further repair.
The owner is extremely unprofessional for a business owner with the emotional responses in trying to resolve this matter.

Do your homework before you visit this place as other reviewers clearly have the same issues.

I took my Samsung tablet in because when I turned it on, the Sumsung logo would appear and the screen would then become black. I explained this to the clerk, who informed me that they was a $49 + tax charge to look at the tablet. I went back a few days later to pick it up and was informed it was unfixable. They turned it on, got the same Samsung logo but could not get it to boot. That was all they did. Exactly what I told them my problem was and what happened when I tried to turn it on. The quickest $50 I every spend. What a scam, stay far, far away from this place.
