I ordered two jackets late at night, they called me in the morning letting me know one of them was on back order however they had other options if I was interested, she sent me photos of the jackets and information on them and I took one of those, they then shipped it the next day and was fast shipping. could not be more happy, the customer service I received was amazing and rare now a days so a big thank you, and will order/recommend again.

Went into Irvine’s today for the first time looking for the Ariat QuickDraw boots in Tack Room Chocolate. Everywhere else I’ve looked they didn’t have them!! And Irvine’s had them!! I officially have my wedding boots! We were also struggling to find boots for my fiancé because he has big and wide feet and he found a pair here no problem! Their selection is amazing!!!

This store is amazing! They have a huge selection of everything western and also carry much of my signature barrel racing product line❤️⭐️

Scott is absolutely amazing. I had ordered a custom barrel saddle fitted for my horses from another company in Alberta, waited months for it to come and when it finally came it didn't fit either of my horses. I mean really didn't fit and was made very poorly. The company was not willing to do a thing and claimed there was no possible way one of their saddles wouldn't fit. They wouldn't even take the time to see a picture just told me to switch pads. After switching pads it was worse. I called Scott at irvines he told me to bring my horse down and he would take care of it. He did just that! That very day, no questions asked. He helped find something that fit and worked out a great deal on my saddle from the other company. Irvines was already my go to for most things because of their competive prices and large selection. Now, I won't even look anywhere else!

Really enjoyed my first experience at Irvine’s today, finally crossed it off my bucket list 2 years later! The store never ends and is stocked to the brim with good products and the store is cleverly organized and planned out! The staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly, thanks Scott for the saddle advice and help with all my questions and I love my new hoody! Very positive shopping experience! Can’t wait to come back!

He also talked me out of buying a new saddle for my horse because he was convinced I wouldn't even get a year out of the horse due to the injury he saw. We left without a saddle for that horse, took his advice into consideration, and it turned out after a vet check that Scott was right. My new horse was crippled, and thankfully to Scott, I didn't buy a brand new barrel saddle and put the horse through more pain I was unaware that he had.

Irvines has been in the Biz for many years. They know their stuff. I was impressed and happy that we weren't just sold saddles and sent on our way. Scott spent the time and sacrificed his own sale for doing the right thing. I appreciated the honesty and integrity this man showed, and we ended up buying a saddle for our other horse, which he helped us fit properly. The integrity of this business is outstanding, and I'll be a lifelong customer.

Lots to see definitely worth the drive!!

I ordered a therapeutic sheet and somehow Canada Post mucked up our shipment. Usually when ordering online I'd just wait for it to sort itself out, but I wanted it ASAP. I asked Irvine if they could help and within hours they stepped up and I heard back from them. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I loved this place. A place I had to visit on my travels to Canada. Spent way too much money, but it was definitely worth it!! Highly recommend their saddles and all tack. The clothing range is amazing. If it was slightly closer to � Australia, it would be my go to shop for sure �

I liked this store before. And now that a real English riding section has been added, I love it. Quality brands in clothing and tack makes it clear that homework was done beforehand.

I hauled my horse there in September to try on saddles and a short 3 hours later i bought one out of the used section. A couple months pass and I go to irvines with a friend who bought a rope saddle. Scott offered me a cutter and I couldn't be happier. Even on my rough ride mutton witherd horse my butt sticks in without a trouble. I am over the moon with the service and quailty. I look forward to keeping this saddle for a very long time and going back for more business.

I bought a cutting horse saddle from here last month. Not only do I love my saddle but the service was excellent. They were quick to address my needs and I had the saddle within a few days to Ontario. Thank you Scott and staff!! This won’t be the last of my business!
