Kind of a bittersweet day today. Groomed my last two dogs in this location that I've been in for almost 17 years. (Found out they moving too😪) Now im packing up and will be open over at #3 6004 imperial way by next Wednesday. See you there!

We have been taking our dogs (Mocha and Shadow)to Joanne for many years to be groomed and they always look fantastic. Our dog Shadow just turned 17 and still gets excited to visit her. She is absolutely wonderful with him. I value the great advice and suggestions she has provided us over the years. All I can say is she's the BEST and our dogs love her!

Took our 110 lb chunk of love Romeo (Rottweiler) to get nails done. No Fuss No Muss in and out like a flash.

My dogs love going there. Joanne cares for my dogs like I would and can trust her with them! Plus she always adds cute little collars or bandanas to finish the look! So adorable ☺️

Lacey Lou has been groomed by Jo since 2007 (omg!); Jo is very knowledgeable & dogs are obviously a lifelong passion with her as well as a business ! Would highly recommend her.

Joanne is the best " professional show" groomer that I have met!!! So patient and loving. Lexi has only been home groomed by myself and she loved Joanne. Usually Lexi is difficult 4.5 lb Maltese to bath and I have to be patient and slow with her grooming. She's 2 years old and is slowly "tolerating" her bath days. We u picked her up she was calm and hardly noticed that I had arrived. Being a pet grooming in 2000 ( 20 years ago) I am EXTREMELY impressed. Thanks Joanne!�

Joanne is great with the dogs and always does such nice hair clips. She carries great products as well, and is extremely knowledgeable with high quality dog foods and treats. 5 stars all the way!!!

Joanne is the only dog groomer I would ever have. If you are ever in a position of an emergency with your pet, she will fit you in. My yorkie got into some burs one time and she stayed late to help my poor dog. Respect her knowledge and the love and care she has for the pets she cares for. If you are on her waiting list, she is worth the wait! Your fur family will be greatful!!! Thanks for all you do!

Before Itzaclip I went to another groomer who butchered my lab/chow's coat and I was never able to touch his feet after that!

Now Marty jumps up on Joanne's grooming table all by himself without any hesitation, I can touch his feet again, he looks and smells amazing after each visit. Joanne has worked on all of my dogs, 1 JRT and 2 lab crosses, she does her best to work around our crazy schedules and to get us in. I'm very blessed to have found Itzaclip, I will not take my furbabies anywhere else.
