Make Hydrangea Cupcakes for your next summer event. All the supplies available at J.Wilton. Here is a recipe to use the Gumpaste mix that will give you a little more instruction than the package.
Gumpaste Mix Recipe
... 1 pound of gumpaste mix 1/4 cup water 1 1/3 cup icing sugar 1 tablespoon shortening (Does not go into gumpaste but is used to work with it)
1. Mix the gumpaste mix in a medium bowl with 1/4 cup water and stir with a fork. 2. Add 2/3 cup icing sugar and continue mixing with a fork. 3. In the same bowl add another 2/3 cup icing sugar and knead this in with your hands. 4. Place the gumpaste in an air-tight container or bag for 1 hour then it is ready to use. Notes: This gumpaste will be even easier to use the next day.

Easy WEDDING IDEA - Homemade WEDDING CARAMELS
You will need: - white chocolate molding wafers - peanut butter cup chocolate mold... - sprinkles to match your wedding colors - Peter's premade caramel
1) Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or using a chocolate melter. (Be very careful in the microwave 30 seconds then 10 second increments until it is melted.)
2) Then melt the caramel in the microwave. (1/2 cup caramel for 30 seconds or until you can spoon it into the moods.)
3) Spoon white chocolate into the mold and push it up the sides of the mold to form a shell. Immediately spoon caramel into the shell.
4) Spoon white chocolate on top, tap on the counter, then sprinkle your sprinkles.

DIY Woodlands Wedding Cake
You will need: 3 - 8oz green Fat Daddio Fondant - 22.50 1/2 - 2lb black Fat Daddio Fondant - 18.70... 1 - 14' sliver cake board - 4.25 1 - White Cherry Blossom Spray - 19.20 Total in supplies = 64.65 Evergreen branches cut from your backyard - free Optional equipment - "The Mat" for rolling out the fondant. A real or sytrofoam 12'cake
Directions 1) Knead the two colors of fondant together until well combined. ( This will take you about 15 minutes.) Roll out the fondant. (For good instructions on how to use "the Mat" look on youtube by typing in "the mat sweetwise") 2) Place on the cake. Smooth out the fondant with a tool or your hand 3) Place cake on cake board, 4) Place the greenery around the cake. 5) Place the flowers on top and secure with some icing glue. 6) To make a mulity layer cake just cover more cakes with more fondant and place them on top of the first cake. 7) Transport carefully.
