My wife and I have been purchasing our vehicles here for over a decade. We've purchased 3 vehicles from here (Traverse, Enclave, Sierra Denali) - and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The sales team (Jeff Stewart specifically) is always welcoming, patient and always looking after the best interests of the client. We also get our maintenance performed at this dealership - and the team there is also excellent! No reason to look anywhere else - make sure you stop in to Jack Carter!

Great dealership, real friendly. Lawrence the salesman was great, knew the product very well. Answered all my questions. And the Finance team was simply amazing, they work around the clock to make sure you get into the vehicle you want. Would definitely buy another vehicle off them when the time comes.

Since moving to Calgary i have always serviced my 2011 Duramax at this dealership but my last trip in mid June deserves recognition.

I dropped my truck off with a simple warranty item and a comment on a message that was displayed on the DIC, turned out that with several weeks remaining on my factory warranty the truck needed a major repair.

Service Adviser Steve went into overdrive, arranging a rental, updating me on progress everyday and continually making sure that i was informed during the week-long repair.

Diesel Tech Sean did a phenomenal job of tearing down the top end and rebuilding, after 35+ hours under the hood and tons of new parts installed you would never know it was worked on, the truck looks and runs like it just rolled of the plant floor.

Huge thanks to the Parts Guy Don who was very helpful getting me a few extra things for the truck while it was torn apart.

Overall my experience was massively positive, the service and parts department were very easy to deal with, I will not hesitate to recommend or return myself for further work.

Took advantage of a "no pressure" test drive this weekend at Jack Carter, on the all new 2018 Terrain. Great vehicle by the way. Peter Bromley was more than knowledgable about the new SUV, and was extremely friendly.

Upon returning he provided me with additional information that was surprising and exciting to hear! I will look to Jack Carter over the next little while to consider purchasing a vehicle from them.

I had been to a few other GM dealerships looking to purchase a new truck and was immensely disappointed with their customer service. But upon arrival at Jack Carter, I was greeted by Steven Schacher who immediately made me feel comfortable. He was friendly and personable. When he was showing the truck he made sure to talk through everything with detail. He was never at any point pushy, He listened to my wants and needs and delivered as such. I would definitely purchase another vehicle at Jack Carter through Steven again and would recommend Steven and jack Carter Chevrolet to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle.

Even tho I don't own a GM vehicle, I still prefer to have my truck serviced at Jack Carter. They are fast and efficient and I have the confidence in knowing the work is being done properly. I would highly recommend Jack Carter.

When I bought my vehicle at Jack Carter I had absolutely great service from the salesman, Pierre, and same with finance, with Cathy! But once it comes to any oil changes or fixes it is always a hassle! I bought a jeep there (the only one they had) and I always get the "you know we are a Chevy dealer right?" When booking it in. I was looking into some warranty repairs that I needed and the service girl that I spoke to was very rude (didn't get her name), and wasn't listening to what I needed. However, after dropping it off extremely early due to my work schedule, I find out that the inspection costs me $50 when I already knew what was wrong from my previous oil change at a different place, I understand they need to do their own but I wasn't expecting to have to pay again. Then I am told to bring it to a jeep dealership, why didn't the girl tell me to do that in the first place? I wasted my time, my rides time, and my money to find this out. I will say that the man who called me, Brandon, was very helpful and nice. I otherwise love this location but the service department is lacking in customer service. I will not be coming to this location for any services.

Our sales consultant Josh Collins was awesome. He was very patient and answered all of my questions, and I did send him a lot of emails. He replied to every single one in a timely manner. I felt he listened to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy or aggressive. He was great to deal with. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and we are loving our new truck so far.
