Was stupid paid in advance. Ended up having to hire extra contactor to finish the work to boot find out I over paid over 500 dollars and will never see it. Like the work ethic never happen. Had to have repairs done as warranty does exist with this company. I recommend not hiring them.

I did 5 installs for this company and they did not pay me. I've been waiting for 3 months now. Do not use this company ever. They have no respect or pride in what they do. It's just about the money and that's all to them. They took my money and they disconnected their phones and office is not even open. Only on appointments. NEVER!!!!!! Use this company.

The only reason they have 5 stars is from family members and friends. Do not get tricked.

WARNING! STAY AWAY! DO NOT PAY upfront. They DO NOT have Prepaid contracting license to lawfully collect deposits from people before starting/completing the work and that is not in compliance with Fair Trading Act. They collect money from customers and do not pay the sub contractors. Work ethics and work quality is not even worth discussing.

Had them do supply and installation of carpet and quartz counters. The store is great to communicate with and show a genuine interest in making sure the customer is satisfied. They always returned my calls / emails in a reasonable amount of time and were prompt with follow-up. Great to do business with, will definitely consider them again for future work!

I had this company do several jobs for me over the past 3 years. They have always done an amazing job! I loved giving my business to a family company and I appreciate the great service every time! My most recent experience was hardwood and tile , I got great deal on the flooring and the finished result was exactly what I wanted. There was a defect with the material, and they sorted it out with the manufacture as quickly as possible. My aunt, best friend, and in laws have all bought from them and had the same quality of material and workmanship done. I will continue to refer them to anyone I know and use them in the future

We have used Jackson Family Floors and their installers for a large number of jobs over the past 3 years. The install was fantastic, and followup and care was excellent! Better yet, Rochelle is amazing at helping with selections, colors, styles and the overall 'feel' you want for your room and home! She's fantastic and they will always look after the customer! Won't hesitate to go back to the for every project we come across!! Thanks again !!!
