We went there yesterday after emailing and phone conversations with one of the sales rep. He called me while we were in west end are, so I said we'll be there in 5 minutes. We were looking at SUVs the Jaguar and the Range Rover. We went to his office and told him give quotes for those 2, with these much down payment. So he just sat on his chair, didn't pull a pen and paper, didn't check anything on the computer, all he said was "about 1,200 to 1,500". I tried to keep my cool. So we tried to step out of his office to check the floor models again, he stayed a bit on his chair while he was on his cell phone. He joined us to show the floor models. Then we head again to his office, so I asked again can you give quotes for those 2. Again, with his arms crossed in front of him, no pen, no paper all he said was "it's around 1,200 -1,500, go home and give it a thought which one you really wanna buy". I was like seriously, we were so intimated. This guy Nick Giuseppe didn't take us seriously. If this company is this horrible already in selling their product, how horrible could they after you buy and go through all the troubles during maintenance. No thank you.

I can tell you without hesitation that Jaguar Land Rover Edmonton provides outstanding service, and goes above and beyond for their customers. I cannot say too many nice things about this dealership, and especially of Brian, who is a salesman and manager of integrity, honesty, and excellence.



The excellence I've experienced with the sales department extends to the service department. Service is consistently completed on time and the service advisors are always helpful and courteous.



At one point or another, I’ve driven every vehicle sold by this dealership, with the exceptions of the new Land Rover Discovery and the new Jaguar XE. Unlike Jaguars and Land Rovers of yesteryear, modern vehicles from both brands are very well manufactured, and as a result, very reliable. My favorite among them, the Range Rover Sport (Autobiography or SVR) is a remarkably fast and agile SUV, and will likely impress anybody who drives it.



If this dealership is any indication of how Go Auto’s other automotive dealerships conduct business, then they are a cut above! Indeed, I've had friends who've purchased vehicles from other Edmonton dealerships owned by Go Auto, and they've had positive experiences as well.

I bought my Range Rover in December and my salesperson was Mitch, finance manager was Kristina. It was fast, easy and not stressful at all.

I am also very impressed with the service department. Top notch service and a spotless vehicle after bringing it in today for some rock chips and a minor issue which was covered under warranty. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Great experience buying my Range Rover Evoque here! Nic was great to deal with through email as well as in person. I felt we got a fair deal and a few extras thrown in as well.

The only issue I had was that I was quoted a lower interest rate and ending up paying a much higher one.

Bought my new Range Rover here yesterday.... I'm still in shock at what an AMAZING experience shopping at this dealership was. Ben (my salesman) literally spent the better part of two days helping me find the right SUV and getting me all set up. He was knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. He was super personable and friendly (we even shared a few laughs). Sara in finance was awesome in getting me all set up as well. There was an issue at the end once the deal was done which caused me some frustration... But Chad the Sales Manager stepped in and made it right inside of 10 minutes and put a smile back on my face. The feel here is a culture of transparency and honest communication. These people have definitely earned my loyalty. 10/10 guys! Keep up the good work!

We went there yesterday after emailing and phone conversations with one of the sales rep. He called me while we were in west end are, so I said we'll be there in 5 minutes. We were looking at SUVs the Jaguar and the Range Rover. We went to his office and told him give quotes for those 2, with these much down payment. So he just sat on his chair, didn't pull a pen and paper, didn't check anything on the computer, all he said was "about 1,200 to 1,500". I tried to keep my cool. So we tried to step out of his office to check the floor models again, he stayed a bit on his chair while he was on his cell phone. He joined us to show the floor models. Then we head again to his office, so I asked again can you give quotes for those 2. Again, with his arms crossed in front of him, no pen, no paper all he said was "it's around 1,200 -1,500, go home and give it a thought which one you really wanna buy". I was like seriously, we were so intimated. This guy Nick Giuseppe didn't take us seriously. If this company is this horrible already in selling their product, how horrible could they after you buy and go through all the troubles during maintenance. No thank you.
