Jake Goldthorpe - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had to get a better quote for my two vehicles as the premium of current policies have been raised. I googled online and saw this company has great reviews, so I called this office for a quote of these two vehicle's insurance in the morning of Nov. 10th.

After answering all the time consuming questions and all personal information and consents were given , this gentleman said he will call me back in the afternoon on the same day.

He knows my policy need to be renewed in 3 days from now, and still, there's no repose from this office yet. As an agent he knows how dangerous it would be that a vehicle driven on the road without insurance if he has a family, parents and friends like me.

This agent does not show his professionalism and ethics in this case, I do not understand where are those good reviews come from?
