Mmmmm Caprese salad. Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar glaze and basil extra virgin olive oil. Simple and simply tasty.

Had fun with this meal. "Mystery tour" for frontier busline. A bunch of seniors get on a bus for a surprise day. They ended the the day with a tour of the talented Ben Crane studio. Came to withrow for a homemade dinner and a concert!! I ran out of business cards. (Ashley)
