I offer personal training and private lessons in the basics of fitness training and beginner through advanced gymnastics training

I have been involved in gymnastics for 19 years, this sport is part of every aspect of my life. I am level 3 artistic and trampoline coach.
I am currently a competitive gymnastics coach at the Glenmore Gymnastics Club, I also am a National fitness competitor. I hold a Diploma in social work and am currently pursing my Bachelors degree in psychology with the intent to carry on and achieve my Masters degree in Sports Psychology.
I offer private and group lessons for all ages, levels, and learning style. My goal is to pass along my love for sport to anyone willing to learn. Coaching is my passion, I love seeing people accomplish their goals and being part of that process with them.
