I was trying to find an exhaust solution to my 1973 Omega's steering box clearance problem and no one could or would help me. I tried 4 shops, 2 phone centers, bout 20 websites and I even called Hooker Headers and FlowMaster Headers and NOTHIN! On August 30th I walked into JB's about 45 min before they were closing and Anthony Mykyta went and searched in the warehouse for about 20mins and found a set of long tube headers that WORK!! I am over-f@#%ing-joyed, for real. They took the time to listen, and they tried to help. WIN

I was having some kind of issue with my battery a month after changing it, thought it could be related to my after market remote start. JB had replaced my remotes and reprogrammed the system for me 1.5 years ago. I called, spoke with Matt and asked what he thought and suggested I bring my vehicle in and they would check it out for me. I was able to make it right before they opened on a Friday and Matt had his tech look at it right away for me. I wanted inside no more than 10 minutes. It was a simple fix, loose battery connection! They charged me nothing and were very nice, professional, reassuring not demeaning in any way and were happy to help me out. Great customer service!
